Team-LDLC has decided to pick up newly formed French team Mercenary.
After all of the French roster changes took place, eSports organizations Team-LDLC and Epsilon eSports were both left without a CS:GO team. While Epsilon eSports was quick to pick up BST, Team-LDLC was still out of a team. However, today Richard "shox" Papillon has announced on his Facebook page that Team-LDLC has decided to pick up his newly formed team.
The organization, which was understandibly angry over the disloyalty of their former team, had this to say about the new team:
We are happy and pleased to have been able to find a favorable outcome for our organization in a very limited time. We continue our adventure in Counter Strike: Global Offensive alongside a new team with excellent potential. Players who now make up our training all have considerable experience with the competition, and we are delighted to have them on board as we look forward to support them in the coming weeks.
The team is currently at the top of the standings in the FACEIT League EU division, and is looking to qualify for the FACEIT LAN finals in Milan, Italy, as well as a spot in the ESWC LAN finals which will be held in Paris, France.
Team-LDLC now has the following roster:
Nathan "NBK" Schmitt
Richard "Shox" Papillon
Fabien "KIOSHIMA" Fiey
Vincent "Happy" Cervoni
Edouard "SmithZz" Dubroudeaux
