Hitbox Arena Championship #3 is set to kick off tonight with the first two matches. The third edition of this tournament will feature 16 teams fighting for the share of $10,000.
HitboxTV announced the third edition of it's Arena Championship with a slightly changed event format. The number of participants has been increased to 16, and the prizepool has also been boosted to $10,000.
The teams will be separated into four GSL groups of four, with the top two squads advancing to the playoffs. The groupstage matches will be best-of-three, same as playoffs. HitboxTV Arena Championship #3 will also include one female team, Epsilon, set to play against Team Dignitas, London Conspiracy and OveR Gaming in Group C.
The group stages are scheduled to commence tonight and last until September 23rd, while the playoffs will start on September 28th with the finals being held on October 12th.
