Cloud9 are the second team to receive a direct invite to DreamHack Austin 2017.
Joining the list of teams invited to DreamHack Austin 2017 are North America's finest - Cloud9. The team is the second to be announced as a participant, with G2 Esports being the initial invitee. A further four teams will receive direct invites to the tournament, whilst an additional two teams will be decided via qualifiers. Information has not yet been revealed regarding qualifiers, however we suggest you stay tuned for future updates.

To remind you, DreamHack Austin 2017 is a $100,000 prize pool event to be held in Austin, Texas, United States at the Austin Convention Center. Eight teams will clash heads on April 28th-30th in a bid to secure the lion's share of the six figure prize pool. Participants will be split into two groups of four, playing out a best-of-one, double-elimination group stage. The top team from each group will advance straight to the playoffs. The remaining matches of the group stage (losers' and decider) will see a best-of-three format. Much like the latter part of the group stage, the playoffs will also see a single-elimination, best-of-three format.
