Na'Vi wins ESL One New York

Natus Vincere came out on top over their Polish rivals Virtus.Pro this week in the finals of ESL One New York 2016 with a 2-1 series victory, netting them the hefty $125,000 first place prize. Update: jumping inaccuracy, sounds changes

Another update has hit this week, continuing Valve's crusade to overhaul in-game sounds with the next round of upgrades, this time for the main rifles in the game (AK-47, M4A1-S and M4A4) as well as the FAMAS, Galil, AUG, and SG553. In addition the development team has significantly improved the method by which weapon accuracy is calculated while in mid-air, which now makes the behaviour of weapons in in such situations much more predictable. hooch in for Gambit Gaming

Dmitriy "hooch" Bogdanov announced this week he would be stepping down from Gambit Gaming following the team's decision to cut him from their roster. Gambit has yet to announce who will be filling in as the new team captain.

HR brings in Deadfox

Hellraisers changed substitutes this week with their announcement that they have decided to release Sergey "smike" Skliarenko to bring in Bence "DeadFox" Borocz. The young Hungarian has a respectable resume, having played for teams such as Orgless and Escape Gaming in the past.
