
Maikelele steps in for NiP
The young Swede has found his way back to the Ninjas in Pyjamas with the announcement that the team would be releasing their now former stand-in Joakim "disco doplan" Gidetun back to Epsilon, resulting in Maikel ”Maikelele” Bill being brought in to replace him as a substitute for Jacob "pyth" Mourujärvi, who is benched due to wrist injuries.
Wizards sign Team123
The Danish line-up of Team123 has been playing together without an organization since mid-August, but the team is in luck as they managed to secure a sponsor this week, the Spain-based Wizards eSports Club. The team, captained by Christian "rezex" Bjerregaard, only has a few events under their belt, but the results seem to have the Wizards organisation convinced.
MK wins Global Grandmasters
The Bulgarian team MK put another title under their belt this week with their first place finish at the Global Grandmasters, taking out PENTA Sports 2-0 to secure the $10,000 first place prize.
KPI launches new team
The newly-formed KPI Gaming is aiming high with their initial debut in the Spanish esports space this week with the introduction of their first two titles, Hearthstone and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Their CS:GO division consists of a fully domestic line-up, featuring a number of players from some of the top teams in the country including k1ck and Infinity Gaming.
Kinguin drops MINISE, innocent
Kinguin decided to cut ties with two of their original players they had initially picked up as Dobry&Gaming, Pawel "innocent" Mocek and Jacek "MINISE" Jeziak. The two had been replaced on Kinguin by the team's most recent signings, AGG's Damian "Furlan" Kislowski and Karol "rallen" Rodowicz, and had been rumoured to be leaving Kinguin since the changes.
