The Dino PC Overwatch Challenger #1 is fast approaching its conclusion.

The group stage took place on September 23th with the playoffs commencing September 30th. We have whittled down the teams from 32 to our final 3: NWA, T for Tilt, and Sydioda.

NWA and T for Tilt will be playing in the upper bracket final, deciding who will meet Sydioda in the lower bracket. The top two teams will qualify for the grand finals on October 8th at the Dino PC UK offices in London. Free tickets to the event are available here.

If you have been keeping up with the EU scene, you’ll recognize these teams as long time contributors to the professional community. NWA is formed by a diverse group of professional mainstays, consisting of former fnatic player, Realzx, and the core of team Exper!ment. This team exploded onto the scene with an extremely solid performance at Gosugamers EU Weekly #20, taking home the trophy.

T for Tilt been a consistent presence in the ESL Go4Overwatch Cups, placing first during Weeks 15 and 16. Their most recent result was finishing second at the France Finale hosted by AOC Gaming. This squad has been floating under the radar, but stand an extremely strong chance to qualify for the LAN finals.

The last team is Sydioda, which signed the team formerly known as Redskin. This team has been a mainstay in the scene since the earlier iterations of the Gosugamers Weeklies. Their consistent results put them as a possible favorite to make it to London, but will need to fight a decider in the loser’s bracket finals.
