The Competitive Recap: We list what you might have missed (June 30th - July 7th)

A lot is currently happening, and so it has become increasingly hard to keep track of everything that happened in a week. To help with that, we have compiled this Competitive Recap.
Released every week we will try to congest every tournament and important news that has happened since the last recap. Whether you are interested in the bigger news, or want to stay updated on changes in teams, you can always tune in on Thursday to see if you missed anything.
Important News:
British eSports Association announced
More and more regulation is getting introduced to the eSports scene. Last week the BEA was announced, with their goals being:
"British eSports, acting as the National Governing Body for eSports in the United Kingdom, will work in conjunction with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport to help and represent players at all levels; develop a grassroots competitive video game scene that will nurture future talent; support existing professionals and provide the infrastructure to create future British global champions."
Blizzard tweets out teaser image - Sombra Hype??
Blizzard seems to think the game is ready for another hero release, as they have started teasing through social media yet again. A longrange rifle for medics is shown, what would correspond with all the speculation surrounding a character called "Sombra".
Patch 1.0.5.1b: Changes to Competitive Play?
Yesterday, a new patch was released for the game. Sadly no new hero, as teased, was added, but Blizzard did continue their streak of making changes to Competitive Play. A fix to incorrect rank gains/losses on certain maps was not part of the patch however, but should arrive shortly.
GosuGamers Power Rankings - North American Edition
Backed up by our GosuRankings, we listed the top teams of NA for you. Because of the health of the scene, the competition at the top is stiff. This is why we will periodically highlight the current standings between the teams, and help you keep up.

Mousesports announced interest in Overwatch:
