Day 3 of Armaggeddon Dota 2 Grand Slam has come to a conclusive end. Three teams proceed into the final leg whilst three teams stand eliminated.
The third day of Armaggeddon Dota 2 Grand Slam has ended. Three teams proceed into the play-offs while two teams bow out of the tournament.
Winner Bracket
The tournament began with a match between Awake and Harrosh in the winner bracket semi-finals. However, the boys at Awake had the upper hand throughout the game, and with some splendid performance, managed to outclass the boys at Harrosh.
On the other end, ABC, a mix of ex-MUFC and ex-Orange players, as anticipated, managed to take down First Departure in a seemingly convincing fashion.
However, it was ABC who emerged as the first grand finalist when they defeated the Thai team, Awake in the winner bracket final and sent them down to the loser bracket.
Loser Bracket
Going into the loser bracket, First Departure and Harrosh were pitted up against TeleR ReborN and Pacific 2, respectively. TeleR ReborN and Pacific 2 were earlier sent down to the loser bracket by Harrosh and Awake respectively and had to work their way up all over again.
It was First Departure that managed to keep the Singaporean hopes alive by defeating TeleR ReborN and Pacific 2, thereby, proceeding into the loser bracket final.
Meanwhile, Pacific 2 defeated Harrosh and kept their Pinoy pride intact, however, fell down at the hands of First Departure.
