After having subbed out of the team after being part of the original roster to qualify for Season 3, the two players have decided to part ways with the organization. Though Dragonborns had a very weak showing in recent weeks, placing last in the LCS among European teams, there's no evidence to conclude that as their motive.
Statement from Brokenshard:
“So a lot of poeple have been asking about whats been going on with me. Heres the lowdown: I'm no longer part of Dragonborns. After a great 4 months, I've decided not to re-sign my contract and go my separate ways with the DB org. It was a great and amazing experience with HosaN and Maciej "Shushei" Ratuszniak and Tobias "Muvert" Wall-Horgen and Eric "Spontexx" Peugeot and Jakob "YamatoCannon" Mebdi and Malunoo. I love these guys with all my heart and will miss them. There have been rumors that I was going to join TCM, but nothing is really set in stone just yet. Lets see what the future holds for me. I'm a free agent right now, so I'll just relax for a bit.
I'll be back. Thanks for the support, I'll miss you DragonBorns.net"
Statement from Spontexx:
“"Few weeks ago, I got benched as you know from the team. I'll explain my situation at this point: I'm gonna leave the Dragonborns, and so I'll not resign my contract. I still would like to thanks the organisation, which allowed me to get an amazing experience. It was a great adventure, at least at the beggining, and I don't regret anything, and wish for them a good continuation. Anyway, I would like to thanks you all aswell, for your supports, and don't worry, I'll give your more information on the next few days about a new team, since I got a lot of proposition. Stay tuned, I'll be back, because I'm the beast I never die ;)"
