Invasion-MUFC and First Departure will be going head on tomorrow in the grand final of GEST April. The two teams have met once in the groupstage with MUFC coming out on top.
GEST April is coming to a close with both Invasion-MUFC and First Departure emerging from the fog of war and into the grand final.
Coming from the same group, MUFC has faced First Departure once in their first match of the groupstage. In their first encounter, the Malaysians were calm and collected as they rolled over the young FD players before going on an undefeated streak.
Coming second in the group was a blessing in disguise for First Departure as they were seeded into the lighter side of the bracket, courtesy of NeoES.Orange also placing second in the groupstage. First Departure took down Joenet and Tell Me Why, former Neolution.TH in the semi-finals before making the grand final.
Both teams have been guaranteed a minimum of $500 in cash and a spot in GEST The Challenge but will be fighting on for pride and an extra $500.
