Arguably the most impressive showing came at the hands of Liquid's own TLO who, after finishing second in his Ro64 group, completely demolished the Ro32 competition and sent tournament heavy hitters like ForGG and Nerchio packing. Additionally, the German Zerg is still undefeated in ZvP this tournament (having beaten SaSe and JYP 2-0) and will enter tomorrow's match against Naniwa with an exceptional track record.
Group C is another one worth mentioning where the foreign Protoss duo of Grubby and HuK teamed up to leave the last DH Stockholm runner-up Polt out of the competition, with EG's player finishing first with 6-0.
Several other highly ranked players also saw their tournament life end in the Ro32, most notably SK's MC who fell to HyuN and Naniwa in Group E; former DH Stockholm champion Thorzain whose loss to Russian Protoss Verdi blazed him out; EG's newest recruit Oz; as well as the Liquid duo of Ret and Zenio.
In the end, seven Koreans and nine foreigners will be competing in the final stage of DreamHack Stockholm and after many upsets the tournament arrives at one very stacked bracket.
