The Korean opposition is once again defeated in the WCS premier league qualifiers and two Europeans make it to the circuit - Ievgen "Strelok" Oparyshev and Andreas "KrasS" Ullrich.
After a long period of lackluster results, Ukrainian Terran Strelok springs back and enters the premier WCS Europe league. In last night's qualifier, Oparyshev defeated among others Welmu, Finale, Delphi and PandaTank and takes his place among the best 32 on the old continent.
Strelok is joined by the fellow Terran player KrasS. This is KrasS's first major achievement since his second place at ESET UK Masters in 2012 and the top four at WCS Germany 2012 and he had to fight through a pantheon of worthy names like Adelscott, Harstem, Tails and Shuttle to make it to the top two.
Today is the last qualifier tournament for the WCS EU Premier League and the remaining two spots will be filled. On April 23rd, the competition begins.
