Thorzain and Bly make for the foreign opposition against MKP and hero[join]
Two foreigners and two Koreans remain in the race for the MLG Winter consolation prize. By the end of the week we get to know who will be the winner of it all.
The two semi-final pairs come in with very similar bracket histories behind them. In the top half of the bracket, MKP meets Bly after both of the players enjoyed crushing victories in the quarter finals, with 3-0's against HuK and Vibe, respectively. Additionally, this will be the first TvZ in the tournament for both.
Meanwhile, in the bottom part of the bracket, Thorzain goes against hero[join]. Both players received walkover in the Ro32 against Stephano and Feast and survived the Sweden vs Korea face-offs in the quarter finals. At this point of time, Thorzain is the only foreigner to have slain a Korean in the Winter Consolation (and none other than 2012 WCS Korea champion Creator to that) and is looking forward to killing another Korean in the CJ player.
Semi-finals are scheduled for today and tomorrow, April 10-11 at 23:00 CET, with the grand finals coming in April 12th the same time.
