Riot has developed a voting system for European and North American summoners, allowing them to choose the best roles of each region to represent their very own region. If you're wondering what might become of this All-Star event, the region that wins gets the opportunity of having an additional team in the Season 3 World Championships.
Riot has specified that their goal is to have players vote for who should give their respective region the best chance of victory, not to vote by popularity. Once they are all selected, they will compete to see which region turns out to be the strongest and ultimately, who can stop the asians and prove them wrong.
