The journalists from Team Dignitas had a sit down with the top laner for Team MRN regarding recent LCS performance and the roster swaps within the team.
MegaZero is one of the most widely underrated carries in the league for North America, winning almost any 1v1 thrown against him in the top lane. Though teams typically put him in a 1v2 scenario in lane, he is a worth adversary in any given situation.
Dignitas talks to him about his team and how the recent roster changes have been bolstering their performance since their dismal performance at MLG.
An excerpt from the interview
After Team MRN qualified, a lot of people questioned your team's ability. Do you think you think people underestimate you or your team?
MegaZero: I think my team is underestimated, maybe not so much after superweek due to our solid performance. As a player though, I feel like I'm respected as one of the best top lanes (or at least I'm told by most people).
As you mentioned, you had a strong showing in superweek. What will it take for you guys to keep improving?
MegaZero: Currently, I believe we have the potential to beat any team in LCS. We're all solid players and mesh very well as a team. Our biggest issue is our consistency. I believe to keep improving, we'll have to pay more attention to the mistakes we're making and how to fix them. To do this, it could be as easy as just a small talk after each game discussing the faults we had. Of course, replays play a big factor and we will be watching every replay for all our scrims and matches. Once we start fixing these small problems we have during matches, I believe we'll become a very strong, consistent top team.
