Having two brothers play Dota 2 is not something unusual - but having two brothers play Dota 2 in the same high-tier team is indeed something special. Find out what the Slovakian brothers Michal 'Tulex' Zima and Martin 'Warlog' Zima have to say about their switch to mTw, their performance and their private life.
Take me to the interview!
Your old team SGC disbanded in September. Was it already
clear at that point that you were going to join mTw?
Tulex: Not really, I had the idea in mind since synd was 'free' then, but I started getting things going only after we came to the conclusion that we wouldn’t continue as SGC.
Warlog: For me - not at all. It actually came as a big surprise when my brother asked me if I wanted to play with them. I would probably stop playing if this offer hadn't come.
[...]
syndereN has been criticized for his solo-mid, yet you still kept it. What were the reasons for this?
Warlog: Was he? I like his mid.
[...]
What does your family think about it? Do they understand the game?
Tulex: I think they are fine with it, although they want us to focus on studying first, which unfortunately I usually don’t. Our mother tries to keep track of our results.
Warlog: She even watches streams sometimes - she especially likes v1lat. And dad is fine with it,as long as it doesn't hinder my studies.
