NeoES Orange will be going up against Armaggeddon Malaysian qualifier runner-up Gizmo in the first semi-finals of the qualifier. Gizmo showed strong performance a few weeks back reaching the grand finals in Armaggeddon's tournament and then fell to new Malaysian powerhouse team, ABC.

Orange on the other hand, has not lost a single SEA tournament since the start of the year. Orange has won the SEA League, Litany League Season 2 and Gosucup Asia V.

Both teams met late last year in WCG qualifiers before Orange had their roster change.

ABC is a fresh face in the competitive Dota scene in Malaysia. Comprised of ex-Orange and ex-MUFC members, ABC quickly rose up in fame winning the Armaggeddon Malaysian qualifier against Gizmo. The team is led by famous Malaysian support player and BTS caster, Litt-Binn 'Winter' Chan.

Invasion was deemed one of the favourites to win SMM Grand Finals 2012 after they defeated Orange early in the groupstage. However, the team's inconsistency against the much prepared Philippine teams was exploited and the team placed sixth in the tournament. Fzfz subbed for N9 in The Asia.
