It's time for playoffs over at Iron Squid land as tomorrow marks the start of the Ro16. From then, it's two more weeks until the champion is crowned and awarded $12,500.
As the tournament comes out of its Christmas break, all eyes are set on the only three remaining foreigners Goswser, Scarlett and Stephano, all of whom are in for a tough Ro16 match, playing Mvp, Symbol and MMA, respectively.
The excitement does not end with these three matches and the rest of the Ro16 is as packed as they come, featuring MLG revenge match between Life and Leenock, three high-profile PvZs in DRG/Creator, NesTea/Parting and MC/Violet as well as a PvT face-off between HerO and MarineKing. All Ro16 matches are to be played on January 11-12 with the quarter finals following immediately after on the 13th.
