2 rounds of the 1v1 tournament have already been played out and KuroKy as well as Merlini have been eliminated.
The fun, yet prestigious 1v1 tournament has received a lot of attention from the community. BeyondTheSummit are running the games as preview shows for their G-League broadcast and so far it has been well received.
While the first round was still bound to the old rules, where games were only best-of-ones, the organizers have changed the format, so that each player would play the same hero at least once and would battle it out in a SF vs SF game 3 decider.
So far, there has only been one game 3 decider, which Fear won against Funn1k. Fear has been strong in this tournament and has already reached in the grand final, waiting for his opponent to be determined.
In the meantime, SingSing has impressed in his games against Merlini, even though he was up against a fountain.
He will meet Funn1k on Thursday,the 10th of January at 16:00 CET, whereas s4, who had no problems with KuroKy, will play against Korok on the same day at 17:00 CET. mTw's syndereN will be waiting in the Lower Bracket's final to get a chance at getting revenge against Fear.
