After a grueling weekend, Orange convincingly beat Mith.Trust 2-0 and AMPM managed to overpower the pinoy giants Mineski in the final stages of WCG Asia.

Orange.eSports has proven again that they are indeed the force to be reckoned with in the SEA region. In doing so, they have successfully ensured that the WCG Asia Championship title, yet again, lies safely in the hands of a Malaysian team.

Mith.Trust had a good run throughout the tournament and, in the grand final, even a sprung a surprise pick in the form of Dirge and Death Prophet, in a bid to throw Orange off their game. But Orange was just on another level in terms of their game play and co-ordination.
AMPM is definitely the breakout star of the tournament. They went from being a virtually unknown entity to being a team that brought down the powerhouse from Philippines, Mineski.HyperX.
Although it should be noted that Mineski.HyperX haven't had it easy in the past few months without some of their former star players such as "Julz" .

WCG, Asia Standings :
1st Place : Orange.Esports : $3000
2nd Place : Mith.Trust : $2000
3rd Place : AMPM : $1000

Previously, Orange.Esports also won the WCG Malaysian Qualifier which gives them a shot at the World Cyber Games, Grand Finals to be held in China during 29th November to 2nd December, 2012.
