With just one lost map, MC is looking as strong as ever.
As IEM Singapore moves closer to its end and the player pool gets trimmed, few will be surprised to behold the group winners and the playoffs line-up.

MC, YuGiOh, RevivaL and Slivko came out as the best performing players last night as IEM's main tournament went underway. Like it was predicted, SK's protoss was absolutely unstoppable in Group A and neither of the runner-ups Vortix and HasuObs even got close to challenge him. Dominant was the run of YuGiOh as well, who outraced Liquid`s Zenio and Australian youngster Ninja to go directly to the quarter finals.
Group B saw a total Korean tyranny as StarDust and Sting joined YuGiOh in the high echelons, while the Europeans took tight hold of Group D with Lucifron and Grubby coming second and third, respectively.
Considering the results, the better part of the stories that we highlighted yesterday persisted through the group play. The Durans are both placed in, arguably, the easier part of the bracket with Sting, Ninja, Revival and YuGiOh and yet another brotherly face-off in the semi-finals is not out of the question. In the lower part we have a classic Korea vs Europe scenario which at that point of time appears perfectly balanced.
The playoffs commence November 24th, 04:00 CET.
