Major League Gaming's Fall Championship starts early next month and will feature eight League of Legends teams.
MLG's Fall climax begins on Novermber 2 in Dallas, Texas, and will feature another League of Legends tournament with $30,000 on the line. Eight teams will be flown into the event to compete for the prize, though the specific teams are yet to be determined. MLG's press release stated that more information will come soon.
MLG Fall will be the 5th League of Legends tournament run by the company. The previous event - MLG Summer - disappointingly featured only North American teams. Due to its timing, one week before the season two reagionals, Many of the top teams didn't attend and the event was steeped in controversy after the Curse NA and Dignitas were disqualified for collusion during the grand final. That seems highly unlikely to happen again, however, and with no other major tournaments on the horizon, MLG will be expecting a solid line-up of teams.
