The match started with a bang as both teams met to a 4v4 skirmish in the Hellbourne jungle. Unfortunately for Pikachu they couldn't take advantage of the visitors to their territory and iG could get an early advantage with a "Double Tap" on Sender, giving the Tri-Lane top a perfect start into the game. This advantage carried through the entire early game, while the mid and bottom lane were fairly balanced - except maybe Tremble getting ahead over Tempest. iG was able to score another double kill on their tri-lane top which basically forced Pika to intervene on that lane. This intervention resulted in one kill on top, but the costs were much bigger. Mid and bottom used the time to farm and as soon as a person reappeared on those lanes, they jumped and killed him - so iG was ahead by 6-1 kills early on.
Everytime Pika tried to push, It's Gosu had a perfect answer for them. Pika pushed the top lane agressively, so iG went ahead an applied pressure on both other lanes, Pika got a kill on one lane, but lost a tower elsewhere. They just couldn't get back into the match, because It's Gosu always had an answer. iG went ahead and utilized their advantage applying pressure to every tower, without Pika having any chance to react or do anything against it. They did get some glimpses of hope when a couple of Pebbles/Nymphora ganks failed and iG got caught in a beautiful four-man-tempest-ultimate, but the lead was way to big to turn just by one fight. After that lost encounter iG regrouped and decided to end the match with a push, that was successful after Tempest missed everybody with his ultimate leaving him defenseless in the front line.

The second map, and last map for that matter, started off in a different way. It was Pikachu that got the first blood and also the follow up kill to support their lead. Then zai showed his more aggressive side on Pharaoh and went on a rampage, throwing his ultimate left and right to set up ganks and kills. Pikachu then had a huge blunder in the middle tower getting picked off one-by-one, but got back on iG who did the same thing just a couple of minutes later. So Pikachu still had the lead, but Khezu on Magebane managed to get decent farm, while zai`manned up pretty much on every occassion, sometimes suicidal, sometimes to initiate a great teamfight. The curiosity in that match nonetheless was the last fight, better say the last moment. iG was in the Kongor pit, having nibbled away almost 80 percent of his life, when a pause happened and Nir got disconnected from the server. iG showed great manners and backed away from Kongor, giving Nir a chance to get back to his position near the pit - they basically restarded the positioning from before the disconnect. It's Gosu went straight for Kongor again, Pikachu jumped in, iNsania reacted as well, grabbed the token, got a Tempest ultimate off and the fight was decided for It's Gosu.
