DreamHon Group D: fnatic returns, but it's a little too late
Last week, speculation came up that fnatic would leave the tournament, after giving away a forfeit victory. Today they proved that they have no intention of leaving at all, putting iLight completely down. Still they have absolutely no chance of advancing.
It would have been sad to see the greatest Heroes of Newerth team leave a tournament by forfeit, but fortunately this won't become reality, as fnatic returned to action today. In their matchup against iLight they left absolutely no doubt that they are still strong and can still perform. A clear 2-0 victory puts them into contention for finishing above .500 but won't bring them into the playoff race, as that ship has sailed after the forfeit.
CM on the other hand is almost guaranteed to play in the round of eight, as they continued their dominance today. The winless Grabblords couldn't mount the upset as they went down 2-0. ClanMilk now sits at a 5-0 record just one victory away from the playoffs.
TmRy kept their chances of advancement in place. The scheduled match against easy breezey brought them a forfeit victory getting them to 4-1 after going down to CM last week. They are now competing with QsQ 1 and Trademark eSports for that coveted second spot, that gives you the eligibility for the playoff round.
QsQ 1 and Trademark eSports were scheduled to play today in a head-to-head matchup to cut down the contenders. The match got postponed, however, with the actual playing time yet to be determined.

Only four teams in Group B still have the chances to get the playoff spot, with saishii as a clear underdog pointwise.
