'The Grand Poobah' has been announced. The event run by Garena and Team Troll Casting will feature the top eight teams from the Garena HoN scene as well as a total prize pool of $2,600 USD.
The event begins on Friday 6th of April and will run for 16 weeks. Each week two teams will be chosen by Garena and TTC to battle it out for a $100 prize pool with the winning team remaining seeded in the championship match for the following week. If the team wins three weeks in a row they will get an extra $200 prize and have to step aside as the reigning champions.
There is a live draw before the matches that determine the first two teams that will play off in week one. The waiting list will be done in the same fashion and it will be done by random.
