joinDOTA reports that the former Fail Micro team, housing under the name Roots, has been removed from own3D.tv sponsored The Defense.

Reasons named are disbandment after internal conflicts within the team.

Roots was located in Group A together with mTw, SK-Gaming, MeetYourMakers, Problem and Global Domination Time. After a meager performance in the two initial rounds against SK and GDT, the remaining group stage matches are defaulted as losses, leaving Roots at 0-5.

Swedish player "Smulgillig" who has been playing under the Roots banner has recently been seen playing as a stand-in for Loda-headed team Experience (xP). Whether he will become a stable leg in the team's roster remain to be seen.

Regarding the whereabouts of the other teams members Absurd, Babarr, ET and marge remain unknown.
