Chris "HuK" Loranger is the first grand finalist of MLG Orlando! The Canadian protoss defeated TheSTC 2-1 in three quick sets and is one step closer to the championship title.
HuK dropped the first set after TheSTC opened with a cheesy proxy rax rush, but the protoss managed to tie the series on Tal'Darim Altar after a couple of waves of 4-gate aggression.
The only actual macro action happened on Antiga Shipyard with TheSTC getting the early lead by sniping many of the precious sentries of HuK and rushing in to apply pressure of his own. HuK, who was at seven gates at the time, however, succeeded in defending the terran push and transitioned into the deadly colossus/mass zealot ball, which was the end of the Korean.
This places HuK in a most favourable position, as he is not only in the grand final, but will play either MC or TheSTC, against either of which he has a 2-1 extended series advantage.
