The PokerStars European Poker Tour is set to get underway tomorrow, September 29, at the Hilton London Metropole on Edgware Road in London.

The London event will be the third stop this season, but will be the Tour’s first full-fledged stop of season 8. The event will run from Septemeber 29 to October 6 and will feature a £5,250 Main Event that starts September 30th. Players will have 30,000 chip starting stacks with 60 minute levels on Day 1 and 75 minute levels for the remained of the tournament. Reigning EPT London Main Event Champion David Vamplew will seek to retain his title, for which he bested a field of 848 players and took home £900,000 after beating John Juanda.

Also scheduled is the 8-Game European Championship (£2,150,) a £5,250 Heads-up event, a Women’s Event with a £550 buy-in, and a £20,500 High Roller Event. Last year, Jose “Nacho” Barbero took down the High Roller event, taking home a score of £556,000.
