The European Poker Tour's first stop of their 2011/2012 season in Barcelona has broken the record as the biggest poker tournament every held in Spain with 811 players for two Day 1's. There were 346 players on Day 1A and 465 players on Day 1B yesterday at the Casino Barcelona. Day 2 is in progress Monday with 162 players remaining.
One winner from the 811 players entered in the €5,300 main event will take home €850,000 from a total prize pool of €4,055,000. 120 players will make the money.

Guilluame Darcourt - 360,000
Chris Moorman - 280,000
Sam El Sayed - 260,000
