Three more Korean flood into the MLG Raleigh pool, coming out of the open tournament. EGPuma, Liquid`Hero and MVP_Noblesse have won their group seeds with easy 2-0 victories and will be competing against the heavy hitters.
Hero defeated fellow teammate Tyler in two quick games. Hero gained an early advantage as Tyler's proxy double gate backfired horribly as Hero spotted it in time to defend and turn the tides. Hero then nailed Tyler's coffin as the American moved a bit too eagerly across the map, falling right into Hero's blink army.
Puma was just as dominant, knocking out Drewbie 2-0. The foreign terran tried a cute mass reactor hellion opening but foolishly gave up the entirety of his army by doing a uncalculated attack. In the second set, the tap out came as Puma's early game pressure escalated into a huge advantage.
Noblesse had an easier match against zerg player Orly, but also defeated QXC earlier in the bracket.
The final player seeded into the pool will be the winner of KawaiiRice and TriMaster, the latter reaching the final round of the open bracket by defeating Jinro.
