We've heard talk from various notable U.S.-based high stakes players of relocating to resume their online play in the wake of Black Friday. Red pro Cole South seems to be one of the first to have done it. Originally from Virginia, South was seen playing $200/$400 PLO last night on Full Tilt Poker with his location now set as Canada. The change of scenery seems to have agreed with him as he booked a $101k win over 885 hands.

South may have been particularly motivated to relocate to chance his fortunes on the year. Even after last nights strong showing, he is still down nearly $600k in 2011.

South's opponent Esvedra lost $213k last night to bring his yearly losses to $654 and also lists Canada as his location, although his identity is unknown.

Other player results from last night:

NoPasaran (+$196k) to bring his yearly winnings to over $1.5 million.
Gus Hansen (+$52k)
IReadYrSoul (+$50k)
ronnyr37617 (+$38k).
Viktor “Isildur1” Blom ($19k)

Patrik Antonius (-$122k)
DrugsOrMe (-$53k)
SanderB12 (-$34k)
dilling89 (-$33k)
