Venezualan Ivan Freitez surged to a commanding lead in Day 4 as the field of the €10,000 buy-in EPT - Madrid Grand Final wound down from the final 24 players to the final table of nine at the Casino Gran Madrid.

Freitez has over 6.4 million chips more than double second place Danilyuk and Brinkmann. Chip leader at the start of play, American Yanayt held on to make the final table but will be one of the short stacks with only 1.44 million.

Victor Ramdin bust in 23rd place for €40,000 and Italian Alessandro Limblici was the final table bubble boy in 10th, cashing for €95,000.
