The 2011 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure tournament series begins Thursday January 6th at the Atlantis Resort & Casino in The Bahamas with the $100k buy-in High Roller event. William Reynolds won last year's High Roller tournament for $576k. There will be time delayed ESPN2 coverage of the High Roller's final table on Saturday the 8th.
Also beginning Thursday will be the $2,300 buy-in Fish and Chips tournament, which includes a deep sea fishing competition on the 6th, combined with a NLHE tournament day on the 7th. While most players were flying in Wednesday for the second biggest tournament series of the year, events will run until the 16th of January.

There are a number of other $1k-$5k buy-in events scheduled as well, including the World Cup of Poker, The Ladies Tournament, a $5k NAPT Bounty Shoutout and a $5k PLO tournament.
