Day 2 started swiftly with 262 players and moved swiftly down to 73 players in only six levels. Swedish professional Michael Tureniec surged to the chip lead closing with 640,000 as play ended Wednesday at the SAS Radisson Hotel in Copenhagen.

Tureniec, a former runner-up at EPT London, may have a sizable chip lead, but there are several notables in the running.
