Alienware Arena Tournament Grand Finals in Malaysia
This weekend, 16 teams from across Malaysia will gather in Kuala Lumpur to compete in the inaugural Alienware Arena Tournament (AAT) Grand Finals.
Hosted in the posh Kuala Lumpur shopping complex, Fahrenheit 88, the first ever Alienware Arena Tournament (AAT) Grand Finals is one of the most anticipated offline DotA tournaments this year. The tournament, which starts at 10 a.m. (GMT +8) tomorrow, will feature 16 teams battling out for a total cash prize of RM 6000 (approx. 1380 Euro).

Prior to the Grand Finals, Alienware hosted a preliminary round in April, where team MuFc managed to edge out Nirvana.my in the final to secure first place. As a reward, they were seeded directly to the Grand Final tomorrow. However, MuFc chose to give up the slot to compete at the Electronic Sports Thailand Championship (ESTC) instead.
With both Nirvana.my and MuFc away in Thailand, notable teams like INC, iG-Ice and SinO stand a good chance of taking home the crown and the grand prize of RM 3000 (approx. 690 Euro).
Players will also be using state-of-the-art Alienware laptops to play their matches. However, it has been stated that third-party software i.e. Warkeys is strictly prohibited.
