European powerhouse FnaticMSI once again proved why they are among the best in the world as they cruised past Druidz Qpad 2-0 in their home tournament. On top of that, unsung hero NoVa_, who has always been their reliable support player, bagged the MVP award of the tournament.

DrDz's best initiaitionLooks like Fnatic have added Bombardier to their arsenal of hero picks. Abusing his superior ability to trade blows with boom dust, N0tail went for a Bottle from the start. Despite the lane set ups, it wasn't long until both sides were switching things up with the support players roaming all across the map. Things remained even despite DrDz getting a significant hero-kill lead.
MSI began to pull back into the game with some nice ganks. N0tail decided to use the same approach towards playing Bombardier as another of his signature heroes Bubbles, going for the Tablet + Nomes Wisdom build. Advantage slowly piled on MSI's side as they never let go of their momentum. DrDz realised the game was over when they lost a teamfight 30 minutes in even with the most ideal initiations, killing only Andromeda while losing 3. They then conceded.

Lvl 1 TeamfightWanting to at least try to get to a game 3, DrDz pulled out their most famed carry - Predator. An all-out 5v5 fight broke out at lvl 1 in the Hellbourne jungle, with both teams emerging with 1 frag. N0tail on Bombardier got the Bloodlust advantage along with an illusion rune on his way back to mid lane. As the game progressed the original 2-2-1 set-up by both teams gradually evolved into a 3v3 bottom, with Fnatic using a very very old school DotA Pyromancer-Glacius combination along with Hammerstorm. The results were devastating considering Pyromancer was allowed some solo EXP and was slightly higher lvled.
This game saw the return of Trixi's infamous carry Slither as he opted to go for a Geometer's Bane after his Helm of the Black Legion instead of the support Nomes Wisdom build, which made perfect sense in this game as Freshpro was getting no where near enough farm for Hammerstorm to carry. MSI, who are famed with their strategy of focusing the farm resulting in a polarisation of lvls and items, made a change as the farm was fairly split within the trilane combination. It was insanely effective as by 35 mins Hammerstorm, Glacius and Pyromancer each had a portal key to support Trixi's Slither.
Not knowing what to do to get out of their situation, DrDz went for Kongor and backed off realising the entire Fnatic team were on their way. Good initiation killed N0tail before he could do anything but a good buy back secured the teamfight win for MSI as they pushed in the middle lane. A well thought out Void Talisman + Homecoming Stone combination rendered Predator useless as he came to clean up.
A series of Kongor attempts and intercepts ensued during the 40th minute. With Trixi still standing after a few successive fights MSI finally claimed the token. MSI then delivered the final blow on DrDz as they genocided them in their base. DrDz conceded.
---End Game 2---
Fnatic also showed their graciousness as hosts of the tournament, opting not to claim their 1st place prize money. As a result, Druidz gets 1st place prize whereas the 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be played out for between Online Kingdom and iMpUniTy. As MVP, NoVa_ bagged $100.
