The long-awaited week has finally arrived as we're all awaiting the release of Wonder Woman in the cinemas. Injustice 2's on the ball, however, as update 1.4 brings new Wonder Woman cards into the mix.

Subscribe to Pocket Gamer on There'll be two cards based on Diana's Amazonian and Battle costumes, and gives you the chance to earn gear like the Lasso of Truth, the Sword of Athena, and her iconic shield to aid you in battle.

The trailer above shows off the character's relation to the film, cutting in snippets of the official film trailer just to drive the point home, and it actually looks pretty damn cool.

To bag yourself the Silver Amazon Wonder Woman card you'll have to complete your daily objectives. For a small price you can also buy the Mythic Wonder Woman card on the in-game store too.

Oh, and the 1.4 update includes Supergirl and two versions of Poison Ivy: Entangling Poison Ivy and Flora Poison Ivy.
