To level up Hunter Rank quickly in Monster Hunter Rise, players must complete the Narwa 7-Star Gathering Hub Urgent Quest. Once that is done, players uncap their Hunter Rank progression. 

After that, completing any quest will reward players with Hunter Points depending on the quest and its difficulty. The more quests you complete, the more Hunter Points you will accumulate to level up your Hunter Rank quickly.
