The Duskwing Butterfly spawns around the Dragon Shrine in the Killima Village. To be more exact, you can find them at Maji’s Hollow between 3:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

In Palia, you can catch Duskwing Butterfly by catching bugs at Maji’s Hollow in Kilima Valley between 3:00 AM and 6:00 PM using the Smoke Bomb gadget. 

Keep circling around the area, especially near the east exit, and you will eventually capture a Duskwing Butterly and even a ⭐ variant. Keep in mind that the spawn of Duskwing Butterfly depends on RNG.

So, depending on your luck, it may take more or less time to catch the Duskwing Butterfly and the ⭐Duskwing Butterfly. Thankfully, you can improve your chances of getting the Duskwing Butterflies by equipping yourself with a higher rarity belt.
