Time, Space and Matter: Secret Code Locations

Introduction After you complete level Y2.5, you are told you need to find a 4-digit code for a red door. From that point onward you can find hidden secrets that reveal 1 or 2 digits of this code and potentially where those digits occur in the code. If you find 5 of them, you will earn the Explorer achievement. Other than those 5 and the code itself to unlock the red door, there is no tangible reward for finding more or even all of them.The code itself is random each time you start a new game, but the secret code locations and which digit(s) the code reveals is always the same.
This guide serves more as a way to find codes for what digits you are missing as you near the end of the game. You can find the full 4-digit code even if you’ve missed every single secret up until the end of Chapter 6.

Secret 7 B3.3 # _ _ _ It’s hidden at the end of a path in the upper corner of the level. Secret 8 Y3.4 _ _ # _ This one is on the wall beside the soft cube on a chain. You’ll have to jump and reveal it mid-air. Chapter 4 Secret Codes 6 SecretsDigit Counts:

Secret 13 B4.3 _ _ _ # Beside the yellow pistons at the bottom of the last section of the level. Secret 16 G5.2 above # _ _ _ After you turn off the yellow G.U.M., gravity blast your way up to the top of the level to find it. Secret 17 G5.4 north _ # _ _ After you jump across the green pistons, fall down into the gap and look behind the wall at the end. Secret 18 Y5.5 north _ _ # # On the second floor of the last section with the green pistons that raise you up. Secret 19 G5.4 south _ # _ _ Behind glass at the side of the bottom half of the level. Secret 20 G5.5 south # _ _ _ At the end of the level beside the red laser barriers. Secret 21 G5.5 south _ _ # _ Turn around as you are exiting the music room and entering the upper half of G5.4 south. Secret 22 G5.5 south _ _ _ # Gravity blast your way up to the top of the collapsed stairwell after completing G5.4 south. Secret 23 B5.6 # _ _ _ You’ll have to run off of the gravity cubes towards the code to reveal it mid-air. Secret 24 G5.7 _ _ _ # Turn around just as you jump into G5.7. Secret 25 G5.7 _ # _ _ Turn around at the glass entrance to B5.8 to find this one on the ceiling. Secret 26 B5.8 _ _ # _ At the bottom-most part of the level, behind the ramp to walk back up. Secret 29 Before Y6.3 # _ _ _ After Y6.1/G6.2 while in the back end of the glass tube. Jump down to see it. Secret 30 Y6.3 _ # _ _ On the ledge opposite the entrance to G6.4. Use the green G.U.M.s to get up here. Secret 31 G6.4 _ _ _ # Behind the small pillar in the corner of the lower section you use while climbing back up into Y6.3. Secret 32 After G6.4 # _ _ _ Under a pipe during the steam explosion hallway. Secret 33 After G6.4 _ # _ # Inside the fuse box that unlocks if you don’t move during the steam explosion hallway. Secret 39 SAGRO Phase 3 _ _ _ # Right before landing the final blow on SAGRO, the last secret is up in the corner of the piston room.
