This prioritizes characters with existing match history for display, while showing a dash (-) symbol for those without previous encounters. In addition, the data supports seasonal switching by including the season name in the statistics.

It will let you track your performance better, but it only keeps data from Season 2 onwards. The update also refines the display method by highlighting those with only actual match experience.

New Cosmetic Content and Store Updates

Apart from the new tracking system, Tekken 8‘s latest update features a new “Devil Jin Costume 01 Set.” This is a classic revival of the popular character’s costume, bringing back the known Devil Jin aesthetic. Still, it keeps things modern by matching the current game’s visual standards.

    • Leroy: Decrease his attack hitbox during hermit.
    • Paul: Adjusted opponent’s behavior after the first hit lands from behind while rising. 

Unavailability of Replays

Other than these, the patch affected Replay functionality, where it discarded all downloaded replays and “My Replay & Tips” data. However, you can still view the data from Super Ghost Battle, Ghost Match, and Ghost vs Ghost modes. This frustrated some of the Tekken players who record and watch replays of their matches.
