To expand that list, you’ll need to purchase additional Implants from two NPC vendors:

  • Arena Merchant on Arena Island

Each vendor uses a different currency and offers exclusive passive skills.

The Bounty Officer is located in the Small Settlement, west of the Hill of Beginnings.

Implants are purchased using Bounty Tokens, which are earned by defeating human bounty targets scattered across the world.
