The wait is over for Mizuki-wanters! Genshin Impact Version 5.4 just went live this February 12, 2025, introducing the new Inazuman character. Players can take a break from the Natlan quest and relax in Inazuma in the upcoming festival. Let’s look at the complete details, including a new 5-star character, exciting events, and several quality-of-life improvements.

New Character: Yumemizuki Mizuki

The clinical psychologist and Aisa Bathhouse shareholder, Yumemizuki Mizuki, takes the spotlight of Genshin Impact 5.4. She is a 5-star Anemo Catalyst user with an On-Field Swirl DPS role. Like other Swirl units, her kit has Elemental Reaction damage boost. Uniquely, she also provides some sustain with her Burst.

Elemental Skill: Enters the Dreamdrifter state in order to float. Then, automatically deals continuous AoE Anemo damage to enemies while boosting her team’s Swirl damage based on her Elemental Mastery (EM).

Elemental Burst: Pulls in nearby objects and enemies and deals AoE Anemo damage. Additionally, summons a Mini Baku that drops special snacks. When picked up by allies, triggers one of two effects:on the battlefield.

  • If the ally’s HP is below 70%, provide 1 instance of healing that scales on Mizuki’s EM.
  • If the ally’s HP is above 70%, explode to deal Anemo damage to nearby enemies

Passive: When Mizuki is in the party, allies have a chance (based on Friendship Level with Mizuki) to receive 30% additional healing food effectiveness.
