The end has come for the Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) 2025 Pro-Am tournament in Los Angeles on May 10, 2025. They definitely delivered an action-packed event with 20 duos displaying their impressive skills. What is FNCS 2025 Pro Am Tournament

Epic Games and BLAST put up a great event with the FNCS Pro-Am 2025. They featured a Reload Duos format in this competition, having each team consist of one professional FNCS player and a content creator. It was certainly a mix that the community enjoys to watch and anticipate. 

There are a total of six intense games played throughout the competition. The scoring relies on the duos’ placement and eliminations. A total prize pool of $500,000 awaited the 20 participating teams, distributing a $50,000 prize for first place. The rest of the teams also got their share of the prize pool depending on their placements.

Moreover, the tournament did not end without experiencing a technical issue after an unexpected power outage occurred following the third match. The heat appears to be the cause of the outage which delayed the tournament. This resulted in a fun impromptu push-up challenge by the host, CouRageJD, between SypherPK and NickEh30.

Epic Surprises from Viewership to Gifts 

Epic Games and BLAST pulled out surprising viewership numbers during the Game 2 match of Clix and Lacy. It peaked at 643,995 concurrent viewers and has accumulated over 2.3 million hours watched for the five-hour broadcast. The community seems to show great enthusiasm with this Pro-Am format of the FNCS tournament.

Besides the exciting action, they also offered Twitch Drops consisting of exclusive in-game items such as special spray and backpack. Alongside, there were special redemption codes provided in selected AMC theaters across the United States. This grants Fortnite’s Axe of Champions 2.0 pickaxe to attendees of the live event.
