Paleo Pines: Where to Find Owynn's Journal Pages

You’re not the only dinosaur scientist in Paleo Pines. Owynn has been compiling research notes, but a mischievous Coelophysis has come along and torn his journal apart. He’ll need your help tracking down the journal pages. Here’s our guide on where to find Owynn’s Journal Pages in Paleo Pines to complete the Unfinished Masterpiece quest.

Where to Find Owynn’s Journal Pages

Paleo Pines quests will bring you closer to the local community. Owynn’s Unfinished Masterpiece quest will become available once you’ve progressed to the second week of Triassea one. Simply head to Mari’s home to start the quest. A cut scene will begin, initiating the quest for you. Here’s how to find all of Owynn’s missing journal pages.

• Page 1
  • In a bush to the left of the bridge in front of Mari’s house.
• Page 2
  • In a bush directly north of Page 1, to the right of Mari’s house.
• Page 3
  • Complete Mari’s “Runaway Raptor” quest to receive it.

Mari’s “Runaway Raptor” quest will require you to tame a Coelophysis dino. Keep in mind that you’ll have to speak to Mari to initiate the taming portion of the quest. You can find her location by opening up your map, and the dinos are directly below Mari’s home, near the river. The Coelophysis prefer Juicy foods, so I recommend you have a Juicy Poppin and someJuicy treats on hand. You can buy Juicy Poppin’s from Pippin in Pebble Plaza for 100 Shells each.

You’ll bring the tamed Coelophysis to Mari. Mari will give you x2 Juicy Poppin, and the remaining Journal Page as your reward. Then, you can return to Owynn and hand in the quest.
