It’s becoming increasingly common for developers to implement Arachnophobia Modes and other spider-eliminating settings to accommodate players who just can’t stand these creepy creatures.

Once activated, spiders aren’t entirely eliminated from the game. Instead, they take on a far less intimidating appearance that’s notably reminiscent of the Boggart in The Prisoner of Azkaban, topped off with roller skates on each of their feet.

Fortunately, Arachnophobia Mode is easily accessed within your game’s settings. To activate it, follow these steps:

  • Download the latest patch for Hogwarts Legacy and update the game.
  • Launch Hogwarts Legacy.
  • Enter the Options Menu.
  • Select your Accessibility Options.
  • Look for Arachnophobia Mode.
  • Toggle the setting to On.

Once you’ve activated Arachnophobia Mode, the appearance of every spider you encounter will be permanently altered.
