The Gnomed Mutation in Grow a Garden is a valuable plant mutation that significantly increases the sale value of your crops. It was introduced during the Beanstalk Event’s second part and the Admin War update.
Grow a Garden Gnomed Mutation visually emits particles resembling the Sam Gnome, popping out of the affected crops.
How to Get Grow a Garden Gnomed Mutation
Gnome (Pet)
The Gnomed Mutation can only be obtained through the Gnome Pet.
To purchase the Gnome pet. players must find the giant Goliath NPC on the cloud platform. To unlock the Gnome Pet in his shop, you must level up your friendship with him up to level 6.
Once you’ve reached the required friendship level, the Gnome Pet will appear in Goliath’s Goods (the Friendship Shop). You can then purchase it for 150,000,000 Sheckles.
After purchasing, place the Gnome Pet in your garden. It will then attempt to apply the Gnomed Mutation to random fruits.
This pet is event exclusive, tied to the Beanstalk Event, so prompt action is recommended.
Grow a Garden Gnomed Mutation: Value Multiplier
Gnomed Mutation provides an 8x value multiplier for your harvested crops. You can significantly boost your chances of getting the Grow a Garden Gnomed Mutation.
The Gnome’s “Gnome Collector” ability means that the chance of applying the Gnomed Mutation increases by an additional 1.05% for every Gnome cosmetic placed in your garden.
For example, having 5 Gnome cosmetics would increase the chance from 1.05% to 6.05% per attempt.
These cosmetics can be purchased from the Gnome Merchant, who appears near the Seed shop every four hours.
Placing more than one Gnome Pet in your garden will also further increase your chances of getting the Gnomed Mutation.
The Gnomed Mutation is considered worth the grind. Despite the initial effort of leveling up friendship and saving Sheckles, the Gnome Pet offers long-term benefits with consistent rare fruit mutations.
