Dozing Sleep Type
The Dozing Sleep Type means that you move a lot in your sleep. The app uses the accelerometer in your device to determine if you moved a lot throughout the night. If you want to get this sleeping pattern, try keeping your device close to you while you sleep.
Slumbering Sleep Type
The Slumbering Sleep Type means that you have little to no noise or movement throughout the night. You can easily get this sleep type by placing your phone or Pokémon Go Plus Plus device on your bedside table or on the floor near your bed.

While the Pokemon Sleep App does work while it is on your bedside table, it is recommended that you keep your phone near you throughout the night so the app can accurately determine your sleep type.
Snoozing Sleep Type
The Snoozing Sleep Type means that you make a lot of noise in your sleep. This means that you either talk a lot or you snore. To guarantee this sleep type, you can try sleeping with a white noise machine active or even a video playing on a TV. This way your smartphone’s microphone will pick up the noise.
Balanced Sleep Type
You will get the Balanced Sleep Type if you have two or more sleep types that are close to one another. This isn’t much of a way to guarantee that you will get this sleep type unless you want to try to play a video while keeping the phone next to you for movement.
