How to make Pokémon happy in Pokémon Sleep – Energy Restoration
You can make your Pokemon happy and energized in Pokémon Sleep in three ways; sleeping, energy pillows, and charge energy skills. Let’s break down each of these methods so you can maintain your Pokémon’s energy levels.
Sleep
Image by VideoGamerThe main way you will maintain your Pokémon’s energy levels is by getting sleep regularly. Not only will this get you sleep points, but it will energize your Pokémon so they can help search for berries and ingredients throughout the day. Your active helper team will thank you for getting a couple of hours of sleep. This is a better treat than any number of biscuits.
You can take this a step further by using a Recovery Incense when you go to sleep. Recovery Incense can be bought from the Regular Exchange Shop and used to increase the amount of energy a Pokémon gets from sleeping. Your sleep data matters.
Energy Pillow
Image by VideoGamerLet’s say it is the middle of the day and your Pokémon are already tired. That’s fine. You can let them get rest and gain energy through the use of Energy Pillows. Energy Pillows restore 50 points of energy to a Pokémon who uses it.
To purchase an Energy Pillow, tap the store button at the bottom of the screen. From there, access the general store. Scroll down and you will see Energy Pillows near the various incenses.
Energy Charge Skills
Finally, you can use Energy Charge Skills to increase energy and happiness around camp. Certain Pokémon in the game have these skills that can restore 12 energy to your helper Pokemon. These skills include both Energizing Cheer and Energy Restoration. Energizing Cheer will restore 14 energy to a random team member and can be activated after a sleep session.
Keep energy levels and happiness high to maximize the amount of Drowsy Power that Snorlax has. This will keep a great happiness level for your entire team.

How to check a Pokémon’s happiness in Pokemon Sleep
