How to unlock the Pokeball Lotto in Pokemon Indigo Disk

To unlock the Pokeball Lotto, you need to upgrade the Item Printer. To do this, you need to talk to the NPC next to the printer and select the “I want to make it better” option. The item printer can be found in the League Club Room.

You can upgrade the machine after you have used the Item Printer enough times and spent the necessary amount of Blueberry Points or BP. To unlock the Pokeball Lotto, you need to upgrade the machine twice. This will cost you a total of 700 BP. If you lack the amount required, complete Blueberry Quests and Group Quests in the Terarium to earn more.
